Psyllium: One Push, One Wipe, then Flush.

Psyllium = psyllium seed husks. Good for additional dietary fiber. Just add a couple of teaspoonsful to juice or smoothie. Consume quickly, before it turns into gel.

I recommend psyllium husks, not ground/powdered psyllium or whole psyllium seeds. Although the powdered stuff (Metamucil, etc.) probably works, it's a bit less palatable, IMO. But Metamucil does make one-portion travel packets, which might make this easier for road warriors.

Traders Joe's is a good source of the husks, as are many health food stores.

I've got a bottle of capsules that I picked up at GNC (or vitamins world.. one of those) and the title of the post is true knowledge.

No straining to poop = Hemorrhoid-Proof Anus.
Is that a book title?

I'm in Fred Durst-like agreeance that the whole husks are better than powdered husks.
