He's exactly 10 years older than I am.

That makes him 85.

Look, when I go, among my instructions will be to check in here and let you know.

It'll be an occasion to have a drink and a good laugh.

Is there any way we can actually rely on this? After all, you did die once only to be brought back to life. I can't go through this a second time.

Well, fuck, I bet the next time I die, it'll be for real.

Meanwhile, I'm really thinking about our grouchy friend Andy.

Hey homies, I regret to inform you all that our favorite octogenarian passed on in March. I'm not the one for the job but someone should compile his best lines in a memorial thread.

He talked about some tumors in one of his last posts here.... guess that they finally got him.

Here's a start...

Nigh on to 72 years I been a thinkin, about why the world is such a fucked up place all the time. I've kown for quite sometime now and will attempt to explain.

Starnegro as Old Uncle points out, symbolizes a very important factor in social human behavior. He joins an insignificant organization designed to make money for the founder. Now he struggles for power within that organization and tries to control the behavior of others around him in an effort to show the "boss" he'll make an nice obedient leader...an Ass Kisser.

To understand this irritating but common thing found in all organizations one must first develop the vocabulary.

Lesson #1. All students questing to understand themselves and their position in the human race must first establish within their frames of reference a thorough and complete understanding and mastery of the following words, definitions, synonyms and antonyms.

That was the funniest goddamn line. I’d laugh months later thinking about it.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Andy once claimed he did a parachute jump at the North pole. When I challenged him on it, he provided certain details that convinced me that, yes, our friend Andy went skydiving at the North Pole. 'Atta Boy, Andy. And RIP.
