Think of it as 6kg of fond memories.
What’d you do for your vacation? Black Sea?

What you can find in such places, at least in Russia :) pizzas, hot dogs, ice creams, sweet bakery...
two cans of condensed milk :))
one can of honey.
It was stupid regime :)
But i hope will return to 75kg again in a month, in Moscow my eating is much simpler.

Relaxing and enjoying with your family is the whole point of a vacation. It sounds like you did it right.

Trust the wife.
My husband got into a workout/diet program (which unfortunately i had suggested) and took it to an unhealthy degree. My mom finally pulled him aside one day and asked him if he was sick, ie had cancer. That was a good turning point. He weighed 10 lbs less than me at that point and is 3 inches taller than me. And I am not fat. He hasn't been that skinny since. FTR, he was 5'11" and weighed 150.

Googled converters
5'11'' = 180cm
150lb = 68kg
That is definetely lean.

chest to bar pullup with fixation for example.
or vertushka (pegtop) with one hand.
or muscleup on bar...
I have many goals.
but I afraid I must drop weight to do them :(

I am too much of introvert to participate in any riots, Belarusian or American.
And high risk to get striked with truncheon in the head.
