Recieved the book yesterday and it is outstanding. I am not done with it yet, but the squat chapter is awesome.
Highly recommended.

It covers the squat in minute detail. Everything from stance, bar position, shoes, and every facet of the movement. It is written from the point of view of a coach and tells you what to look for and how to cue it out of an athlete. Very informative and enlightening.Trip wrote:please elaborate
The book also covers BP, DL OHP and PC in the same detail.

Doughster,
You begin to trouble me. You slammed people for posting review comments of YRG after only a few sessions, yet you say this book is awesome a day after getting it. Jeez.

A novice is someone who keeps asking himself if he is a novice. An intermediate is someone who is sick of training with weak people and an advanced person doesn't give a shit anymore. - Jim Wendler
Not the same as passing judgement on a fitness system after 3 days. The book is excellent. I could tell that after just a few pages. To judge a fitness system requires months of practice at the least.elrodjr wrote:Doughster,
