This series is morbidly fascinating. People employing all manner of fraud.

A doctor making millions on unneeded sinus operations. A hedge fund manager concealing his trading failures. Half the time, the fraudsters buy these garish mansions and have a garage bigger than your house full of Lamborghinis. A lot of time, they end up with a shotgun in their mouths. Or broken pitiful wrecks in some prison somewhere.
You always ask yourself: would I have fallen for that one? As one guy the sinus doc defrauded said when asked if he should have done some research.
"Yeah. Definitely. But I guess you expect professionalism from a doctor. I mean, I don't research the pilot on every flight I take."
