It's going to take more than free beer to get me to go back to Columbus, Ga!

1) Three Floyds in Munster Indiana makes excellent beer!
2)Thomas brothers in Madison makes excellent cider. Try the Cheiftans' for some retro flavor.
3)My continuing experiment with "stale" ferments- batches I left lying around in carboys for more than two years has shown me that it's better to leave the batch in the primary until ready to perform bottling. the cider I put into secondary for too long went sour. the cider I left in the primary did not. I believe that the healthy yeast colony crowded out any invading microorganisms.

Columbus Ga = Armpit of the South.
BTW- are the following strip clubs still operating: The Traffic Light, Little Dicks, Thumpers?

I think the last one to stay open was the Traffic Light. It closed like maybe two years ago. Sad day. I think the Pussy Cat lounge is still out there and The Fox Den....but the city is trying really hard to shut it all down and reform the Southside. What is Victory Drive without C-section scarred, saggy tittied strippers. *sigh* Ah the good ole days.

So where did all of the strip clubs move to? Victory drive without strip clubs is not a world I want to live in. Where are all of the ex-wives of drill Sgt's going to work?

We have two on the North end of town: The Platinum Club and The Cat Walk. That is about it now. And most of the DS's exwives work at the PX.

You forgot one.
Shape baby,
I know you feel jilted that you got the sex change operation and your wife and I didn't. We were just fucking with you dude. To be honest, the whole concept was just a ploy to distract you. When you walked in on me ravaging your wife's back side while she was bent over your big green egg, I thought we were royally screwed. Lucky for us your wife was able to distract you with your pet fetish. Trust me, It blew my mind when we were all sitting in the jacuzi drinking margaritas, bullshitting, when only 30 minutes earlier you'd caught me red handed fucking your wife in the ass and about to pull a dirty sanchez. When your wife went down on me in front of you, and all you did was continue rambling on about was size implants you wanted and your furture brazilian wax job, I just thought you were high on industrial solvents again. I had no idea you'd go through with it.

I've been in Portland, OR all week and have really enjoyed Bridgeport IPA.

Check out the Horse Brass Pub if you can-- great beer selection. Belmont Station is excellent too, but more of a beer store (a great beer store) than a bar.

If it makes you feel any better Shape, I'd ride your girl like a mule too.

Will try to give it a try. I hit Deschutes and enjoyed their variety.

Thank god we pulled this thread back from the precipice of faggotry posed by the "chelada" hijack. As beer goes, it doesn't get more manrammish than that.
Cannon brewpub makes some good stuff, but I wouldn't go back to Columbus for it myself.
You have no chance to survive make your time.
Ha Ha Ha Ha ....
I had me some Trader Joe's Trappist style ale 2008 yesterday. Pretty good; although I wouldn't recommend drinking too much of it. Very High abv content and has a sweet toffee finish. Something tells me you don't want to have a hang over caused by this stuff.

Trader Joe's Simpler Times Lager is also a damned good brew when you want to drink more than 3--and it's only 5 bucks for a six pack.
The best thing about beer is that it keeps you slobs away from my whiskey.
