Free standing heavy bag.

If you have to get a freestanding bag, get this one, it is definitely best in breed. I also got the muay thai attachment so i can do low kicks as well, and it works fine.

The bag doesnt' travel much and won't go over even when I step in and elbow it or do a full power side kick. Good shit.

The only two bad points are:

1. you have to fill three donut shaped bags with sand.
2. in the demo vid the bag has more give, i suspect they fastened it to the ground. I am considering doing this because then the thing will be perfect.

I call it the big black cock cuz with the mt attachment that is eggzacklee what it looks like.
