I've watched the Marinovich Project and the Tim Richmond story. Great mini docs.

I'm not a fan of most sports but I love to watch docs about them and ESPN puts out a quality product.

Growing up, Marinovich was a name my generation of sports fans won't forget.

Immense talent, an overbearing upbringing. Its a prime example of letting kids be kids and just guiding them on the right path.

Forcing a kid to be something is always going to backfire.

I didn't watch the documentary but I hope his life is turning around.

What's it called.... 'Broke'... I think that's the most recent one. About how athletes lose all their money.

It should be mandatory viewing for rookies in every sport, but especially the negro saturated NFL and NBA.

I've caught a number of them including the one Baff mentioned. Excellent production work. The one on SMU and the death penalty was particularly good especially since I know personally the one fellow accused of being the most to blame for everything going wrong.

The Scott Hall piece was not 30 for 30, but a story from E:60.

The Holmes and Ali one made me queasy. Sad side of combat sports. Very good, but this boxing freak was uncomfortable watching it.

The real rocky was awesome.
I never knew that aspect of the story.
They did a pretty good job trying to tell both sides of the story, but I walked away thinkin Stallone was a douche.

It's weird to watch. My family had just moved from Carrollton to Coppell right when that was happening.

Sure do Baff. He's a heavy player in the commercial real estate market here. I just saw him again on Monday. He's a likable guy and he fucking knows everybody.
