Review to follow bitches!

Arms are the only true badge of liberty. The possession of arms is the distinction of the free man from the slave.

I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.

two words:

KICK ASS!

Dylan is going to have a heart attack when he sees this movie. They may have to break out a defibulator to revive him.

The movie monkeys were showing it on 3 screens and the place was packed. 300 is going to make some bag loads of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Very loyal to the Frank Miller source material, except for an expanded part for Leonidas's queen. Even this modification was good.

I've read that when 300 was first shown in Germany, no one cheered and many of those interviewed accused the US government paying off Hollywood to make a propaganda piece. While US viewers cheered through out the movie. BTW-of course it's a propaganda piece, it has been since the greeks fought the persians.

This movie can be summed up at as a graphic opera. Everything is done on a large and stylized scale. Every sceene is a picture. A moving graphic novel. Very well done, I'm sure Frank Miller is happy with the film adaption.

"The Persian army of a thousand nations decends upon you. Our arrows will blot out the sun!"

"Then we shall have our battle in the shade"

I'm going tonight too. Seeing it on an IMAX. I've only seen discovery channel type IMAX stuff, not sure if that will be a plus or not.

No defib needed, but damn I was jacked up after it.
My Buddy and I would not shut up about it the whole way home.

When I got in around 2am, I gave the Ol'Lady the Mark Antony treatment for an hour and a half, got no sleep, and then went to work , did Jujutsu, did some conditioning, then rolled, came home and spent some time with the eldest boy, playfighting with him for ever.

300 is visual Tweak!
