"Mastering the Power Exercises" by Mahler and Philippi

Mike sent me this disk to review.

Overall, it's excellent. I picked up a few tips on lifts I've been doing for 20+ years. But, where it really shines, is as an introduction to the heavy barbell lifts to someone with no background in them.

Mike and Mark have a nice rapport going, and each lift starts out with a bit of a Q&A or FAQ kind of section with Mike asking Mark questions and clearing up common misconceptions.

If you are a kettlebell lifter, and you're looking to make your toolbox bigger, this is a great educational resource.

Click the link and you'll find an extensive ad page for the product, Mike pretty much lists everything you can find on it.
