WTF?? I can't fit into my skinny jeans. I did exactly like the little book said...half of the container was greens, like lettuce, spinach, etc. then the other half with fruits and stuff. So I used some things we had like strawberries, part of a banana, blueberries, blackberries and then to add some flavor and protein, a snickers bar, a scoop of ice cream, and a big tablespoon of Nutella. You never said anything about the weight gain. I didn't think lettuce and spinach had that many calories so guys if you get this blender thingy be careful with the geens because they are loaded and it will put weight on you.
Shapebaby,

As long as your Nutribullet doesn't leak per The Shafbama's scandalous lie-reviews, I feel that you should stay the course, but do try substituting peanutbutter cups for the Snickers every fourth shake.

Mick, thanks for the info...I'll try it.

Turd, I don't know if it was you but whoever the clever fellow was that called him the "Buffet Tamer" tickled my funny bone real good.

Shape,

I've also heard that The Shafbama is the man most likely to shit in the punchbowl. He's a trophy husband/kept man and as such, weekly mani/pedi's don't do it for him like it does the rest of the girls, so he must dole out hate whenever possible.

Chill nigras.

I heard that too, quack is too busy jumping on the anti vaccine bus to be bothered by the likes of us anymore, even though IGx provided him with so much street cred that he gets blowjobsnfrom unvaccinated mommies with pseudo autistic kids all the time now.

Simple solution...steam your kale and shit.

I'm not sure which veggies have that supposed anti thyroid effect

I wouldn't have bought it, but seeing a celebrity endorsement from an actual movie star... How could I say no? I'm not sure I'd buy Mandom liecologne though.

Well it is proving to be a reliable product. The fatties complaining of leakage online are clearly overstuffing this thing.

Would this work in conjunction with the physics diet?

I've heard there might be a thread or two on this new, dynamic diet. Gotta link?

Yeah he his. If he wasn't I'm sure he'd just tell you to eat a bunch of blueberries and not bother with the rest.

This mornings b'fast: hemp seed, raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds, fresh mixed greens/baby spinach, carrots, half of a banana, fresh pomegranate, red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers, mango and pinnapple and a large scoop of vegetable based protein.

Here's what I've been noticing after 12 days of using the Nutribullet for breakfast: I'm getting much more hairier. I've grown some crazy chops and my goat has gotten a lot longer too. I heal really really fast. I have a really bad attitude now...about everything. All my senses are heightened and I'm crazy strong now.

Anyone else have any favorite concoctions they want to share for the Nutribullet?

Frozen kale/spinach-- until half full
lemon w/ peel (half a large one, or a small one)
Frozen blueberries until full
Three spoonfuls of flax seeds
large spoonful of cocoa powder
medium spoonful of turmeric
spoonful of cinnamon
a few shakes of nutmeg

Does it break the flax seeds down well with the other stuff in it or do you use the other blade to grind them first and then add them?

Do it all at once-- no problems. The flax seeds break down into powder and mix well with everything else.

Jim, please.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
