Nope. Every American, Brit, Indian, etc. I've asked except my GF, when the prompt is: "What is the title of the news James Bond film?" When I ask them how the say: "I take solace in x", they pronounce it "properly." I find this interesting.
The amazing Oxford Dictionary of American English gives one standard pronunciation and it is the one Buckethead posted on the other movie thread. Nothing mentioning pronouncing it as "soulless". The Oxford would mention regional and national variants.
Yes, I know other dictionaries throw in the long O variant.
