Rango

Post by Shafpocalypse Now »

Not exactly for kids.

Not exactly not for kids.

A lot of quick, subtle and not so subtle nods to other films.

Bizarre, surreal and stylistic.

My 7 yo daughter "kind of" liked it.

Yepper. My kids liked it. They missed The Road Warrior linkup, though, with the empty water jug.

The artwork and animation is unreal. You could see the artists showing off with their closeup of sand sliding down the dune face.
Don’t believe everything you think.
