Makes grain milks. Tough little bugger too.

Props to GDG for suggesting "immediate cleanup". I agree, it does reduce the pain of cleaning, especially with oat milks. I just cover the pitcher and run to the sink to rinse the lower portion of the processing machinery down.

Product quality is first rate, far better than the commercially made Tetra pack contained aluminumized guck you can buy for a lot more money. Especially the oat milks. The machine will produce a texture from soaked groats which is similar to melted ice cream. Soy milk from this thing is wonderful too.

Quinoa milk, on the other hand is pretty disgusting.

When they say "Don't overfill the filter cup" do as they advise. I've had one boil over already, which was annoying and lead to more cleanup.

Comes with manual, recipe book, measuring cup for grains, cleaning stuff and the unit itself.

Note: The machine is quite quiet and the surface does not get very hot. However the internals WILL get hot during use. You should heed Dog's advise and rinse that sucker down fast after processing.

A few more tips...

1. Salt will reduce "boil over". If you don't use it the product will boil and the machine will complain and halt the process.

2. Do clean it up fast.

3. Oat groats make a great milk. As it cools it will thicken until it's almost a pudding and even has a "cream" on the top.
