Stephen King's "Cell"

Post by GoDogGo! »

Found this in my Christmas stocking, and finally got around to reading it. Sweet Biker Jesus, what a waste of time. It's a weak re-tread of "The Stand."

Avoid at all costs, unless you can get several copies for free and use them to make anti-shank prison armor.

Kind of a late reply, but yeah it sucked the big one. For a great zombie novel check out Max Brook's "World War Z." A fun read about as thought-provoking as this sort of thing can be.

Yes, lots of fun, from Mel Brook's son. Hey, it rhymes!
Anyway, WWZ was a hoot. I hear they're making a movie, but I don't see how; it's very episodic.

I particularly liked the N Korean chapter. That was chilling.
