The Art of Strength - Providence

Punch Gym Anthony Dilugio's 1st dvd. Killer workout. 14 different 2 mint rounds and if you make it through then do 3 minutes of snatches switching every 5 reps

good variety from swings to cleans to floor presses, then 2 rounds of legs hitting quads & hams, then back to upper body grinds, then flip & squat, tactical lunges then a new one (for me any way) the trple crush (two handed curl to press to tricep extension) some active rest moves with figure 8s and slingshots, back to grinds with seated presses, one arm rows and some abs.

All rounds are 2 mins with 1 min between. Some rounds you are doing multiple variations for 30 secs so you are getting 4 variants on a a swing for exmaple. Others have you doing 54321 ladders then if there is time left do singles.

A great workout. I started with a 24k and on a few had to drop to 20k for some. Good stuff & decent soundtrack. Anthony does a great job in the presentation and a very professionally done presentation.

I got the Newport dvd as well but havent gone through it yet

some of his bw stuff yes. I kinda mix things, a few weeks doing heavy KB, a few weeks doing BW. Sometimes I'll mix BW & KB into the same workout. Depends on what I feel like ony any given day.
Ross's stuff is pretty good
