The Art of Taking Action
I thought that I would drop this here because a lot of you have read Constructive Living, which has been discussed in several previous threads.
'The Art of Taking Action' by Gregg Krech is sort of like Constructive Living II in that it discusses the same ideas. A lot of stuff from Morita, some from Naikan and Kaizen and practical examples. I don't really want to compare them but if you thought CL was a bit too theoretical, this may appeal to you as the examples related to procrastination and stress are fairly straightforward. If you loved CL, this may be a bit simplistic and you won't get a lot out of it. I liked both and recommend this.
