True Blood

Fucking disappointing.
Tons of sex, if you can sit through the rest of the show.

Anyway, if you haven't seen it, check out "Ultraviolet," the British miniseries, not the film with Milla Jova-jovo- whateverthefuck. It's about a secret sub-department of MI5 that's dealing with a vampire threat. Worth a watch.

BTW, Entourage fucking sucks this season. I don't get the principle behind having a comedy and deciding to make it not funny.

No not kidding. HBO has been going down the toilet for the last few years imo.Norman U. Senchbau wrote:Are you fucking kidding? What happened to HBO?
Almost anything they put out there now is complete bullshit. Maybe that got some big media cats for NBC or something?

So you named two good shows, big fuckin deal since you're the professional TV watcher here care to name a few more that HBO has come out with in the last couple of years? Don't mention Deadwood since the fine geniuses at HBO canceled that. HBO sucks the donkey cockGrandpa's Spells wrote:You're crazy. The Wire was ridiculously good. So was Rome. Look at Oz. The rest of the time I got other shit to do, plus too much TV equals mindlessness so it's better just to stay away from the evil box IMNSHO.

Never got to see In Treatment, but heard it is very good.
The writing on Real Time this year seems a lot better; I can almost get over the fact Bill Maher is the host.
Curb is in "pre-production".
But overall HBO has made some blunders in their programming. Probably worth the five dollars a month or whatever on DirectTV.
Right now, it is Colbert, Real Time, LK (when he has a nut-job panel on), and maybe Dexter for pure schlock.
