Oh man that made me laugh and i'm sore as hell today! Nah, just trying to be honest and helpful. The X gets downgraded to "if I have time with everything else" for a while or maybe included with a modified front squat program on leg day and kb's on upper day.
I just feel if someone is going to drop $200 on this product I should man up and try it for a few months. i still believe it has its place in deployed fitness and travel fitness.
I also learned that the midsection works harder doing a set of front squats than it does on all TRX exercises.
