This book is impressive and allows you to understand your body, and why it gets out of balance and what to do about it. I saw it years ago, but never picked it up. They ( the book ) are dirt cheap on Amazon now. You really have nothing to lose.
The illustrations are rich and the anatomy lesson may be review, but they are well done. The author was the "go to" guy for athletes and celebrities for years.
What is impressive was when the author trained Christopher Lambert for Greystoke, the Tarzan movie. His upper back and spine were twisted and twice daily sessions fixed them. The photographic evidence is impressive. Supposedly Sly Stallone watched the movie, ditched his bulking and heavy lifting and dropped his bodyweight. Then he built up his lean body mass and focused on movement and flexibility. He was that impressed with Lambert.
The attention to detail is unique and this text can be put on the shelf and pulled out when a tweak appears.
It's not a template, .. it's not a panacea,.. it's a source of knowledge. It may make your life less painful or improve your day to day function.

Yes, Greystoke may have been a better choice. LOL.
