Not trying to defend them so please don't be hatin' on me but this is most likely a "group" workout where it is timed but they all share the workload. So the fastest guy runs the the 800, they split up the rest of the work amongst the group. I only know this because I have some friends wh...

Hit the Training Center this past Monday night. There were some big and strong boys and girls there. Place reminded me of how Gold's or World Gym once were. I swear my arms and traps grew 1/2" just from the scent of the juice saturated sweat in the place. There's as many pussies and posers in ...

The Training center in New Castle, De. It's about 10 minutes from Christiana at the intersection of rt 273 and rt 13. Not as good as it used to be, but you can still powerlift there. If you need o lifting, pulcinella's place is the best bet.

My 6 year old daughter wanted to be the Tooth Fairy, so my wife makes a costume. But the 6 year old wants something to make it more real, like her sister's baby teeth (older sister is 17). So The older one makes a necklace of them for the 6 year old. Awesomely macabre.

Moser was arrested at the '08 trials. He and a buddy stuck up his steroid/cocaine dealer; armed robbery in the middle of the night, the dealer got hurt and pointed the finger right away. Musa is strong as shit. He lifted in prison using the metal weights and lowered the bar like it was 1959. He only...

Kurt Russell, almost everything. Top Five: 1. Big Trouble in Little China, one of the greatest movies of my youth. 2. Escape from New York, 3. The Thing, 4. Captain Ron, 5. Tombstone, which is actually a good movie, and which brings it down the list.

Xmas Abbott was on the Jason Ellis show yesterday afternoon. She seemed like a nice enough girl, however the Kool-Aid is strong with her. Lots of talk about "box", "WOD", and Xfit games are like the Olympics. All the Xfitease was unsettling....cultish. I was told today that she'...

I don't know EZ. It does seem to be a cultural thing where the drugs are looked at as just one (normal) part of the process rather than a magic wand but I'm sure there are plenty of US athletes that see it the same way. By the same token, there are still plenty of get on, stay on more is better wes...

you were probably

Forgive me
they were delicious
