it is a really good film. Blanchett was awesome. a real throwback to the great actresses of the 30s-40s-50s.

I recommended this on the Books and Movies forum but if you love bad movies I most highly suggest you check out the 42nd Street Forever series. It's 5 discs of trailers for b-movies, exploitation of all kinds and old 60s/70s/80s horror. All the awesome without having to sit through the full movies.

Hands down, "Miami Connection." It is the greatest of the worst I have seen. Written and starred by a Tae Kwon Do teacher it includes a group of super friend tae kwon do artists that play in a mindblowing 80's rock band called Dragon Sound...and yes they do play a show in their tae kwon d...

that's where it's at WGM.

I've watched it since the start and I have to say I'm definitely ready for it to reach it's conclusion. Still a watchable show but I think they've mined it for every scrape of gold it has and now it's time for the big ending.

Just watched it and though I still kind of hate it for trying to remake a cult classic into a fairly straight up modern horror...thinking about it without referencing the context of the original, it stood up pretty well on it's own. not bad.

Great doc on one of the all-time great drummers, Ginger Baker. Cool to get an inside look at the life of this madman. The doc sags a little towards the end but still was quite entertaining. Recommended for any fans of drumming in general, or of Cream, Blind Faith or any of Ginger's other projects.

I love Oregon, but I definitely see this turning into a few doctors, lawyers and businessmen paying for a ton of liberal arts and philosophy majors to go to school.
