What's been easier to find than the KO sardines is their kippers.
Those are fairly tasty warmed up in the skillet with some butter and onions.

Normally I have trouble eating a whole can of sardines, but the tomatoe & olive flavorings (and the fishiness being blunted by the rice) helped these go dow...

If it's not made in Kentucky, it's technically not bourbon. And that's the law. That being said, there is plenty of 'bourbon' style whiskey one helluva lot better than that crap Southern Comfort I started out drinking.
