They are going to go back to how it was. There is no other option. There never has been any other option. Even if it had been an extinction lvl event bioweapon, they still would have sent everyone back to work. And they were always gonna do it no matter how deadly the Chinese Lung Rot was. This. It...

Re: N-95 Masks from Dragon Door
I can't believe I'm gonna do this, but Ducane isn't necessarily teh villain he's made out to be in the press. He was selling them for $5 each plus shipping. Home Depot is currently selling a box of twelve for $65.64 plus shipping (and they're not in stock). Normally a mask would retail for about $2...

Pieces of shit. I posted to their page that they should stop, apologize, and then donate them. The ad was pulled shortly after and then they were offering masks as an 'add-on' to that stupid chain thing. Seriously, what the hell, has JDC gone insane?

I'm a fan even though it takes a lot for me to give a thumbs up on a tv-series.
Wynona Rider + 'IT' meets Steven Spielberg + Dungeons and Dragons and assorted 80s nostalgia = a win for me.

I was in the sauna the other day and had to listen to a middle aged man tell a younger kid all about how awesome 'jits' is, Joe Rogan, and how sauna-ing for 20+ minutes make "your hormones go off like crazy".

I have a bunch of notes and lists in Keep. I've got a "Gym" note pinned to the top, for complex workouts I want to do (excersises/sets/reps). My wife wrote up a points system for ways our son could earn his way to us buying a PS4 game he wanted: she shared it with me in Keep and pinned it...

I've been recommending Google Keep for a few months now. It's made a huge difference and it's a free, easy to use, app.
I still keep a physical notebook and use Google Calendar, but organization and limitations inherent in those platforms made adding Keep a no-brainer for me.

Some nice scenes of NM, but not great. Kind of a touchy-feely film.

Now, with the new start, a guy could keep the goggles in place. But what's the advantage, other than seeing your turn better. Being able to see is big, not just for turns, but for body position and breathing. (though I don't know if there's any research on these things - I'm basing this on my own e...

Check out this Youtube video. Warning: it's 15 minutes long. (Boris, I'd like to discuss swimming, cuz he doesn't mention several new rules.) It's interesting - I talk about this with people from time to time. It's been a while since I've seen this video or read anything about it (and I don't feel ...

No. Jesus, probably many (if not most) of us are beneficiaries of this... How so? Huh? Are you a native American? I don't know about your (great) grandparents, I guess, but mine were immigrants and/or in the U.S. temporarily and their kids (my parents and grandparents) were lucky enough to be born ...

Underwhelmed. It's like they tried to combine Sicario with The Professional (Leon) and add control room elements of Jason Bourne...

"Won't You Be My Neighbor?"
The Mister Rogers documentary was amazing. Hard to imagine so genuine a person actually exists. Makes you want to be a better person. Brought me close to bawling at least twice. If you have kids or work with kids, I think it's a must-see.
