Story of Unit 731, done by a Chinese cast and crew.

This isn't a "chick flick", it's a gory nasty movie about some kids who go to China as part of a "youth corps" and get to work in Unit 731. Shows a lot of "experiments" and whacking people up for parts and stuff. Lots of gratuitous violence, little or not T&A and quite a few "sick" scenes.

A real dead kid sliced up for his organs, a live cat gets tossed in with some rats and eaten alive, rats set on fire and left to run around and a shit pot full of mutilations, torture and dismemberment. Most disturbing are the conversations with the doctors and "researchers" who try to justify all of this bullshit as being something noble but it wasn't, it was just plain meanness.

The demonstration of the Ishii "filter" is priceless, worth seeing the whole movie.

I'm not a specialist on biological warfare or Unit 731 but it's not a bad movie. Wish it had Mandarin with subtitles instead of dubbed in English.
