Grabbed this from Rogue $15 shipped, and fairly quick.

As for the rope- the cable is slightly smaller than an ipod charger cable but still has weight because of the steel. I was expecting a normal sized cable but I guess that it would be too heavy that way. It's fast. Not a bad deal compared to the Everlast speed ropes which are $7 and don't last long because the bushings slide off the end. Easy to snip and adjust length.
