Here's his latest and greatest from Kiss Pavel's Ass First.

Actually an interesting article except, you need doubles of every bell of every size. The original picture had him in a kilt. WIth the beard and long hair I think he's prepping for Bear week up in Provincetown.
He can talk about the 7 technical steps of a Turkish Getup in a gay Turkish Bath House

We are home for a few weeks. I am working on several things and am almost done with the Taming the Bent Press book. Lots of new stuff on the horizon……

Has he trimmed down a lot or is that just a really flattering picture?

Fuck the Bent Press, there I said it. Absolutely less than zero interest in learning and can't see the benefits. I'd be more impressed if he worked on pressing double beasts.
Actually, as much as a humorless twat that he seems, his 101 kettlebell workouts are really good. Original, no, but free and useful.
A middle-aged man overcompensating bending nails and growing his hair into a shitty pony tail is bad form.
He did trim down though.

He seems kind of well-built for a kookyball lifter.
You ever seen a cycling plumber who wrestles with small calves, forearms and neck? Didn't think so.

Is it 2003? Is he going to IRONTAME the one arm snatch next?

What's this guy's profession, besides a decade+ of toiling in the trenches of fringe fitness and obscurity? Ye Olde Tyme Skrongman role playing is choosing to set one's life on a trajectory that will land somewhere between the trailer park and homelessness.
