The Anniversary of 9/11
Already I see pretty normal people buying up a bunch of ammo and shit like that, because they think the hammer is going to fall.

The Savages.. "I mean the religion of peace" is pretty hell bent on doing something inside the USA. Lucky for us, since 911 they've been the gang that couldn't shoot straight. The only high profile incidents have been lone wolf operations. It's only a matter of time bore Al Qaeda or ISIS tries to pull off a incident like the Nairobi Mall terrorist attack.Shafpocalypse Now wrote:Already I see pretty normal people buying up a bunch of ammo and shit like that, because they think the hammer is going to fall.

Arms are the only true badge of liberty. The possession of arms is the distinction of the free man from the slave.
I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.

The industry marketing has gotten pretty sophisticated. Like Hallmark, every upcoming event is an excuse to buy ammo.Shafpocalypse Now wrote:Already I see pretty normal people buying up a bunch of ammo and shit like that, because they think the hammer is going to fall.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

9/11 is not a great day to be out of the country, in a major US City downtown, or an Ambassador to a Muslim Country.

Sure fire plan to shorten the line for the pumpkin spice latte, at least.

My three predictions
1. Hotlanta gets a suitcase nuke
2. 911 malls are sprayed with aerosol botulism
3. Obama comes out as a cryptojihadist and shoots Dick Cheney

The only thing that could stop any of these things from happening is driving to the nearest Walmart and buying all of the ammo they have in stock.Shafpocalypse Now wrote:My three predictions

This is not a 9/11 anniversary prediction, more like a general prediction/statement of the obvious, but stay away from the Freedom Tower. That thing is getting hit sooner or later.

You should also avoid going outside. Eventually, some place you once stood (or might stand) will be hit by lightening. The Ginger Beard Man wrote:This is not a 9/11 anniversary prediction, more like a general prediction/statement of the obvious, but stay away from the Freedom Tower. I don't stand under trees in a thunderstorm. I won't be entering that particular building.Pinky wrote:You should also avoid going outside. I will, however, continue to ride the subway almost every day, commuting through both Barclays Center and Grand Central to my job in fairly close proximity to the UN.
They hit the WTC twice, and both times I was in the vicinity. In between the two attacks, I applied for a job at the top of one of the towers and turned it down.
I am not paranoid, but an attack is inevitable.
