I've had this book for a couple of weeks. Hadn't had time to read it in depth until this weekend.
Great book. Very well thought out. The exercises are arranged in such a way that you start to know the sequence. Very user intuative. Lots of easy to follow pictures (lots of hot chicks) with good simple explanations. His workouts open and close like MA forms BTW.
In many ways very simular to some of the joint mobility stuff that Steve Maxwell has demonstrated. Not surprising since Steve and Diamond are pulling from the same resources. Diamond more than Steve , but very simular. Steve's stuff is much more hardcore.
Nice chapter on problem areas like-posture, reabing knees, tight hips, bad backs, rehab for the shoulders, cardio.
Great recommendations on icing your body and joints, finding a good "non quack" chiro, and message therapy.
He seems to be into WFR and juicing. I like the WFR, but I've never liked to juice nuts. I'd rather eat an apple or carrot then juicing them. JMO.
Put my wife and myself through the 20 minute workout this morning. Not perticularly hard, but a very good workout to start the day. Plus it's the foundation for his 30 & 45 minute workouts so you should take it slow and get down the basics.
I give it 2 thumbs up.

Arms are the only true badge of liberty. The possession of arms is the distinction of the free man from the slave.
I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.
