I have been interested in bodyweight training since 2002, when I decided to take a layoff from the weights. This was sparked by some injuries that only hurt when I used a barbell, and because I had just picked up Ross Enamait's "Underground Training for Warrior Fitness." Combining some of Ross' stuff and Wayne Fisher's workouts (on http://www.trainforstrength.com) I trained using BW only workouts for about 6 weeks. I had good results in losing some flab and improving my conditioning.
I liked this DVD quite a bit. There wasn't much I hadn't seen before, but there were some tips and variations I hadn't thought of. I found some of the hip and hamstring stuff to be very valuable, since I don't have access to any machines, and have been looking for some way to get a greater amount of variation in my workouts.
I'll pull some content off the EliteFTS website.

To see an example of how Alwyn would set up a bodyweight program, check out his article from EliteFTS:Alwyn breaks down over 70 bodyweight movements in this DVD by seven categories:
# Quad and Knee Dominate
# Hip Dominate
# Vertical Pull
# Vertical Push
# Horizontal Pull
# Horizontal Push
# Plyometrics

Dave Tate's impressions of the DVD (taken from the EliteFTS storefront)
If you are interested in bodyweight exercises, and some ideas on how to encompass the entire body with them, then this DVD could be a valuable addition to your library.I am not going to lie. I hate reviewing DVD's for this site. A book is easy. I can take it any where and read it. A DVD means I have to sit down and watch the thing on my computer or TV. I would much rather watch the 15 movies I have not yet found the time for. To make matters worse this one is on bodyweight exercises. It not like it's a Westside classic. It a damn bodyweight training DVD. I had to watch it so after putting it off for two weeks I figured I would get it over with. To my amazement I actually picked up a few great tips and a couple new movements. So, just because it looks like it might suck does not mean it does sucks. You will definitely learn something
