A really good documentary about the best sushi master in the world.
If you are into sushi it will make you drool.

It's an excellent film both in topic and execution. Jiro is a samurai of sushi. Although, I would argue that no one can claim the mantle of "best" it's beside the point; Jiro tries to constantly perfect his art and that pursuit over decades is what makes him special.

Watched it last night. Excellent.
Made me reflect on my own attitude about personal excellence and passion for my work and I found myself lacking in both departments. Going to approach things with the same level of humble obsession for improvement and love of my craft.

Saw this last night. Cool seeing Jiro getting together with childhood friends from 75 years ago.
It's interesting that over 1/3 of all Michelin 3-star restaurants are in Japan.

I read that the apprentice from the movie is in Seattle now. I'll have to go down there and get me some of dem eggs!
