It's an incredible documentary. I remember when Dowd got busted in the early 90's but I was too young to really care or be interested in the story. It's pretty scary how he just keeps going deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole.
I remember this Daily News cover when he was testifying vividly.

The wife and I watched it some time ago...agree it was good, informative and it weirded me out a bit.
