      1 arm DB bench 3×8 with a minute rest, 70, 70, 70
      – Odd that I can still press the 90s for sets of 8, but a one-arm with 70 is much more taxing. Even with the stability factor, it’s still weird to me.

      Pull ups x 15, 12, 10
      Body Rows Overhand x 12, Overhand x 12, Overhand x 14 (failure)

      TRX Shoulder Flyes x 15, 15, 15

      Speed Skater Squats 3 x 8 with a minute rest

      Drag the sled later when I get done with everything or in the morning before I have to do all my shit.
